Cannot update firmware by using Dell Update Package (DUP)
- Cause
- The supported device driver for the operating system available on your system, is not installed or loaded.
- Solution
- Before you update the device firmware using DUP, ensure that the required device driver for the operating system available on your system is installed. For more information, see the Driver Installation section.
