Procedure

  1. Disconnect the power-adapter port cable from the system board.
  2. Note the power-adapter port cable routing and remove it from the routing guides on the computer base.
  3. Slide the power-adapter port cable through the slot on the computer base.

  4. Turn the computer over.
  5. Lift the power-adapter port along with its cable off the computer base.
