NOTE: You must remove the
SSD from the SSD carrier to replace a faulty SSD from an SSD carrier.

Remove the SSD carrier out of the
sled.
Remove the SSD from the SSD carrier.
Steps
Insert the SSD into the SSD carrier with the
connector end of the SSD toward the back of the carrier. When the
SSD is aligned correctly, the back of the SSD is flush with the back
of the SSD carrier.
