概要

VMware vStorage APIs for Storage Awareness（VASA）は、Dell PowerVault MD Series iSCSI および Fibre Channel ストレージアレイをサポートするアプリケーションプログラムインタフェース（API）のセットです。VASA は vSphere vCenter による MD ストレージアレイの機能、および対応するデータストアの認識を可能にし、これによってストレージ管理者による仮想化およびメンテナンスポリシーの設定がさらに容易になります。
