Precision 5550 Touchpad Linke Taste reagiert nicht immer / Left key not working properly

i have a new Precision 5550 and the left key (mechanicle) on the touchpad is not working on all clicks. I have to click 2 or more time to get the left click. With touch only (without the mechanicle key) it is working, but this is boring. If i have a mechanicle key it should work. Tthe test in BIOS shows the same problem. If i hit the key often, it works, but if i wait few seconds it works not on the first try. So the problem looks not driver/windows based.

What can i do ? Only call the support ? They only say, reinstall the driver.

BTW: On this Laptop the motherboard was changed in the meanwhile and the dockingstation, becaus the where issues at charging

ich habe einen neuen Precision 5550 und die linke (mechanische) Taste geht nicht bei allen Klicks. Ich muss es 2 oder mehrmals Versuchen, damit der Klick funktioniert. Wenn ich den Klick ohne mechanische Taste nur mit dem Touch mache geht es, aber das ist öde. Wenn ich mechanische Tasten habe, sollten die funktionieren. Der Test im Bios zeigt das gleiche Problem. Wenn die Taste laufend drücke so geht es, aber wenn ich einige Sekunden warte, so geht es nicht beim ersten mal. Das Problem ist somit nicht Treiber/WIndows spezifisch.

Was kann ich machen ? Nur den Support anrufen ? Die haben nur gesagt, den Treiber neu installieren.

BTW: Bei dem Laptop ist bereits das motherboard getausch worden und die Dockingstation, weil es Probleme beim laden gab.
