Dell T7820 Windows 11 on NVMe but not found in boot sequence but boots after install

Ich habe ein Problem mit meinem Dell T7820. Es ist mir gelungen, Windows 11 auf einer NVMe SSD zu installieren, die im PCIe-Port steckt. Der Computer startet und funktioniert einwandfrei. Jedoch tritt ein Problem auf, wenn ich zusätzliche HDD-Festplatten anschließe und den PC starte. In diesem Fall bootet er nicht mehr ordnungsgemäß. Er lädt für eine lange Zeit und stürzt dann ab. Ich vermute, dass dies an der Boot-Reihenfolge liegt. Allerdings finde ich im Boot-Sequenz-Menü nicht einmal die NVMe als Option zum Booten.

I have an issue with my Dell T7820. I managed to install Windows 11 on an NVMe SSD that is plugged into the PCIe port. The computer starts up and functions properly. However, a problem arises when I connect additional HDD drives and attempt to boot the PC. In this case, it fails to boot correctly. It takes a long time to load and eventually crashes. I suspect that the issue is related to the boot order, but I cannot even find the NVMe listed as an option for booting in the boot sequence menu.
