XPS 13 9300, My Dell, App not compatible with this device
I am no longer able to download the system specific apps from the Microsoft store(like "My Dell").
The error always is "App not compatible with this device"
It started showing up after reinstalling the OS (received my Laptop back after a repair), despite using the official dell recovery tool.
The Dell Support website lists a similar error under "Dell Mobile Connect Microsoft Store App is Not Compatible with This Device | Dell Deutschland", with the solution being "To resolve the issue, please reach out to technical support and reference this article".
Does anyone else knows the mystical solution only Dells technical support can offer?
I bought my device over a year ago so I have no option of contacting them (or am I missing something?).

Für alle die ein ähnliches Problem haben:
Bei mir hat diese Lösung funtioniert (Gelöst: Dell Apps incompatible in Microsoft Store - Dell Community)
Da ich DMC nicht nutze, habe ich die Lösung erst nicht gefunden gehabt und den registry Eintrag manuell hinzugefügt. Das hat zwar auch funtioniert, ist aber nicht so komfortabel wie das bat script.
Wenn DELL dieses skript schon erstellt hat, frage ich mich wirklich warum die Ausführung nicht Teil des Installationsprozesses ist.
Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn man das vielleicht in Zukunft ändern könnte.
