The Dell EMC PowerEdge R840 is 4-socket, 2U rack server designed to run complex workloads using highly scalable memory, I/O, and network options. The systems feature the Intel Xeon Scalable Processor family, up to 48 DIMMs, PCI Express (PCIe) 3.0 enabled expansion slots, and a choice of network interface technologies for rNDC.
