AW3418HW, RegAsm error ra0000

I've formatte my Area51 R5 download all drivers from dell with TAG number, so all specific drivers for the machine.

When i try to install AWFXDisplay_Installer_2.0.1.9 // AlienFXDriverSetup, I give this error:

I've installed ALL the net framework and all visual c++ package from microsoft right this morning. but no fix the problem.

i can't see the monitor in awcc.
