Aurora R4, GeForce 1070, upgrade?

Hey it is possible this card https://eu.evga.com/products/product.aspx?pn=08G-P4-6276-KR EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 FTW GAMING (2x8pin)
In an Alienware Aurora R4 to replace gtx680, how about that 6pin and 8pins GTX 680 2x 6pin ????

1. Sure. However, you should probably also shop the Zotac offerings and I really like my MSI Gaming-X GTX-1070 in my old Aurora-R1 (there is a build-thread and pics here somewhere).

2. With a GTX-680 , you should already have the optional 875w PS (which is recommended). Yes, there are plenty of 6-pin and 8-pin PCIe Power-Plugs.

-----P14 (6 pin)
    \---P15 (6+2= 8 pin)

-----P16 (6 pin)
    \---P17 (6+2= 8 pin)

The Aurora video card power supply leads are as follows -
Rail 1 = P14 6 pin/P15 8 pin
Rail 2 = P16 6 pin/P17 8 pin

If you need two plugs, I would use one from each Rail.
