Aurora R9, AWCC AlienFX not working

My AlienFX lighting is not working on my Aurora R9. I tried uninstalling the AWCC (Alienware Command Center) and reinstalling, but that didn't work. I have the Alienware mouse, keyboard, and also the 34" new monitor - and the FX lighting all works fine for that. It's just the Aurora R9 itself. It doesn't show up in Command Center. Any advice?
