Alienware R2, respawn broken

I have 2 desktop pc's an XPS 8700 and a Alienware R2 and I refuse to buy another Dell pc. Win 10 bricked my Alienware (respawn has never worked), and every os update to the XPS crashes the bios. I can't even perform the win 10 repair because the restart doesn't load to finish the repair operation.

I've been in the market for a new pc for 9 months and I refuse to consider Dells. I've converted the bricked Alienware to Linux and struggling with the conversion because I thin the Dell bios is Windows biased.
