Alienware Ribbon Cable Issues

I purchased my alienware 17 back in mid 2013. I had problems with the motherboard and took it to a shop. They replaced the motherboard but now I'm having issues with a ribbon cable. 

I cannot find this ribbon cable anywhere.

105c   /    vw-1 (ew-1? I might have gotten the letter wrong over the phone)  /   20 pin   /   Inverted

Any help on were I could purchase this would be much appreciated.
