Area-51 R2, AlienFX lighting, won't stay on

I am completely stuck. I recently bought a Area-51 R2 at a thrift store dirt cheap. I managed to get everything up and running again, fresh install of windows 10. All drivers and supported apps from Dell according to the service tag. Everything is running great except for one thing. The AlienFX lighting. 

I cannot get the case lights to stay on for more than 2 or 3 seconds. I have followed every tip I could find, reinstalling AWCC, doing a power flush, set to always on, go dark is not enabled. I just don't know what to do. 

Any thoughts or tips would be most helpful. I bought this rig for three reasons, 1.Only $35 2.The i7 5820K 6 core and 3. Alienware case lighting is awesome.
