Aurora R10, AWCC, CPU Overview no more advanced view option

Hello everyone!

I'm new to Alienware and have this PC for a few days now, a notification from AWCC (Alienware Command Center) everytime I boot up saying "Your System's overclocking settings have been turned off because default settings have been loaded from the BIOS". this issue has started after I have updated windows with the Alienware firmware 1.0.2 update, not sure if that is the source of the issue. I have never been into BIOS to set any default settings and in my AWCC under CPU Overview, I have no more advanced option to set CPU power limit, thermal limit, core clock, etc. Also under Thermal Profiles, I only have Top and Front fan running and no CPU fan.
