Aurora R11, realigned CPU, not connecting to monitor
I recently cleaned my pc from dust also took all cables out and I realigned the cpu as it slightly moved, after that my computer wouldn’t turn on or gave me flashing yellow which I seemed to have fixed but still won’t connect to monitor or even my tv, there could be a possibility that I have mixed up a few cables

Unfortunately I found the issue, the cpu pins on the motherboard have been damaged, which I’m not sure if dells warranty cover this, which would be a shame as I’ve only had it a few months

R11 setup and specifications: Manual
There are pictures that should clarify the various cable connections.

Dell's warranty does not cover user damage to the motherboard caused by removing the CPU from the socket.
However, you can try using a needle or razor to try fixing the bent pins yourself.

Usually an air can is sufficient to blow out accumulated dust from a PC.
There's also special anti-static attachments for vacuums that some people use if want to be ambitious.
