Aurora R13, audio stuttering

Alienware Aurora R13

Alienware Aurora R13

Trust me I googled and checked all of the online issues and solutions before starting a new thread.

There are several threads, asked and answered that seem to address my issue but none of them help.

I uninstalled supportassist, no change.

I uninstalled AWCC, no change.

I turned off Accelerated GPU scheduling, no change.

I've tried numerous different headsets to make sure it wasn't those or a driver associated with a headset. I tried wireless headsets, I've tried wired headsets, both 1/8 inch and USB.

I tried completely resetting windows.

I've tried everything I can find and nothing helps.

My sound, and to a lesser extent video, stutters periodically regardless of what activity, app, or function I'm doing.

It does it during gaming, watching video, or in a browser.

I turned on my performance overlay and it isn't tied to my pc and/or GPU being pushed. It just happens randomly even when my PC isn't being pushed at all.

The peculiar thing about it is that it doesn't show up in my recordings.

Any advice or help would be appreciated.

There is no software or drivers that I can find from realtec.

You are looking at drivers, not services.

Type services in the search bar, and the services applet should open up.

In there look for realtec and nahimic services. Disable them all, there will likely be more than 1 service listed.

Absolutely nothing comes up for Nahimic.

The only thing that comes up for realtec is this.

And you are sure you are looking at services?

Sorry about that, I read misread your post. I found them (there was only one each), disable isn't an option only stop or pause. I stopped both, the one for Nahimic and the one for Realtek.

No change, it is still doing it.

If I've tried both headphones with a 3.5mm connect as well as USB connection with the same results, doesn't that show it wouldn't be the soundcard?

Any time you use a USB aren't you bypassing the soundcard?

If so where else could I look to find the problem?
