Aurora R4, thinking about upgrades

Here is the components I picked out, and I already got the GPU, headset, keyboard and mouse. The thing is will the motherboard fit into the Aurora R4 ALX cabinet as well as the CPU cooler? Do I need a new PSU?
I am using the same components since I bought the PC except the GPU.

Ye, I was thinking about air-cooling this time as I saw several videoes where air-cooling had almost the same values as water-cooling. The thing is I do not know which air-cooler fits inside the cabinet, so I gotta measure it myself.
