Aurora-R7, shuts off in seconds, then slow boot up
To start off this happens 50% of the time. Sometimes my computer boots in seconds and I when I login all programs are ready to go. Sometimes when I turn on the computer it shuts off in seconds after the logo screen. When I go to turn it back on it always boots up but takes 2-3 minutes to get to the login screen. After logging in it takes another 1-2 minutes to load up all the programs.

When it takes a long-time to boot (2-3 minutes) what is happening? If it is installing updates (you can see % count), I would say that is normal.
I do notice you only have a spinning-HDD. Optane or not, they are 5 times slower than even a SATA-SSD (25 times slower than a PCIe/NVMe-SSD).
I don't mess with OpLame, but my guess would be it has something to do with it's caching.
- Maybe after a Windows update, all disk fetching is unique
- Maybe cache has to re-fresh every so often ?
- Maybe you need a Optane software/driver update
