Aurora-R7, Warranty/Customer service question?

I purchased an Alienware Aurora R7 desktop in May 2018...I have spent a total of 10 hours on the phone with tech support in an effort to figure out what is wrong with my PC. It has froze up several times over the course of the last 6 months, it has even frozen 5-6 times during the last 5 Windows installations through DellConnectUS remote service. It passes all of its test and I have no idea what is wrong with it, it makes grinding noises like an old mechanical hard drive and even whistles like brake pads hissing so loud i have to reboot the PC. these issues have all been experienced by the "Customer Support" specialist and now again today i will have to spend another 2 or more hours on the phone while they run remote tests, while nothing is failing it's test...so whatever is wrong will not be fixed just constantly trouble shooted by me instead of at a shop like it should be. I keep getting the runaround on getting a replacement or getting this issue looked at by a professional, at what point is the warranty worth anything? When do i get to a point where I can just have the PC fixed or replaced?...how many more hours is required for the next step?...I have tried to be patient, but I would like someone from Dell to contact me about this if possible and not a customer service rep that just wants to do testing. I have a Service Tag and a service request ....My representative is Omar Arias Sr. associate client tech support...Please help me get this resolved, thanks.

This forum is not the complain to support forum.

There is no vendor on earth that will support windows never freezing.

Hardware Diagnostics and Dell Testing Tools will not do an SFC /Scannow or Malware Check Etc.

There is onsite support for Dell but this is not free.

What are the system recovery options in Windows?

I recommend backing up Drivers and data files and reinstall.

Are you sure you don't have the huntkey power supply? It's known for noise issues, and may be failing somehow? I mean, that would explain why their remote tests wouldn't show any real results. You should be able to run the pc with the side panel off to take a listen.

I thought that Dell wasn't using them anymore in their aurora builds, but I wouldn't be surprised...
