Windows update shows optional driver/firmware updates
Hello everyone, I just noticed that Windows is showing some optional updates and I would like to know why since I recently updated all drivers downloaded from Dell website. Actually the most interesting here is Alienware Firmware 0.1.0.3: is it supposed to be the BIOS or what? I already updated it recently to version 1.0.4.
EDIT: I own an Aurora R11

If you already have the latest BIOS, then don't worry.
As far as the optional updates from the Windows 10 update app? Where optional ones are concerned you should only install them if you are having a specific problem that might be fixed by it. The regular Windows updates can cause enough problems as it is. Don't complicate your life unnecessarily.
