X51 R2, ME Information and ME Firmware Version 0.0.0.0 and Ram issue
Hi,
My Pc, Ailenware X51 R2 can't turn on as in BIOS: ME Information is missing, ME Firmware Version shows 0.0.0.0 and Ram show only 106MB avaiable, Memory speed : 0 Mhz.
This issue is on and off. Sometime I can see the full config of the PC in BIOS when I turn on and off.
Can you please help? maybe Mainboard issue?

My PC is 8G ram = 2x4G. I also tried to use only 1 4G and change Ram but I still face the same issue.

Try reset CMOs jumper to clear bios settings first. Also try removing CMOs battery drain system power by pressing power button for 15-30 sec, replace w new battery ($2) if possible.

Thank you for your reply.
I manage to bypass that by using 4G ram that work with the PC to install window.
I can get into window and use as normal.
I don't see the issue with RAM.
But, the Pc won't turn on the first time after I completely turn it off. After BIOS and the alien logo turn on and freeze. It need to restart by Ctr Alt Del. There is no sign of defected RAM or faulty when I am using it.
I will try to replace the battery as your advised.
