X51 R2, not starting

Comes with Alienware logo and keep on buffering to start.

Followed by then, based on precious dell forum checked and tried some boot mode changes.

Not successful and sometimes it changes to red Alienware logo and lights in CPU changes to Amber.

Any help here please and its really frustrating as it is my professional business desktop. 

Please help.
