15R2 battery not fully charging
My Alienware 15R2 is about 2 months old and recently, the battery fails to fully charge. It gets to 99% and stops, never reaching 100% any longer. Please advise.

Do you have desktop mode battery charge enabled? That might do it.

Common with all laptops.
Try discharging battery down to around 10-20% once.
