15r2 pluged not charging
Hello,
I`m having a problem with battery or laptop.
If i dont turn on my laptop on charger in maximium 24 hours, I get the battery or laptop problem.
``Pluged not charging.``
To fix this problem, I just have to turn off the laptop and leave the laptop charging for maybe 3 hours or more.
After this the battery works fine, but if i dont turn on the charge in the next 24 hours i get the message pluged but not charging again.
The battery is holding energy fine.
Anyone know how to issue this problem ?

Hi raphaelcspbr,
What version of Windows does the system has?
Make sure to update the BIOS version to the latest.
Also, enter the BIOS (F2) and check if the AC Adapter is is being recognized.

Im using, windows 10 home 64
I was with the least bios, yersterday I tried to return back to firist version available to download in dell website. But didn't work.
The AC Adapter is being recognized with no problems.
Yesterday I tried to find the factory windows in dell website to try to restore to factory settings , but I Didn't find.
Do you know any another possible solutions ?

You need to have the latest BIOS version in our website
You can also check if the AC Adapter port is not loose or does not move when you connect the adapter.

Hey,
I updated the bios, and still not working.
Im checked BIOS, AC Adapter ``UNKNOW``
Maybe this is the problem?

But i dont understand why i got this problem only if i dont turn on the laptop for long 2 days.
If i turn on every day, works perfectly
