3D set up
I cannot find the laptop on the set up of NVIDA for the 3D This look like the IR tx is not detected. I bought this refurbish laptop early this week Tag number is<ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed as per privacy policy>I follow all the instruction on your site to reinstall the driver for the NVIDIA video but go nowhere Any help will be really appreciated Thank you

Good evening
Thank you for the suggestion. Meantime I have contact dell tech and they are coming next Tuesday to change the screen of my laptop. They think that the problem is with the IR transmitter wich is dead or disconnected.
Hopefully happy ending
