A few questions
1> On my Aurora I have to push the power button sevral times for it to work . Is this normal ?
2>Is there a way to manualy control the main fan for the liquid cooling/procesor
3> Is there such a thing as Alienware tech support chat? If so is there a link

1. No, I only push once and it boots
2. Thermal Controller program which is always running when windows boots as part of Command Center program should be able to control it although I have not tried it on my machine
3. Not sure but I haven't seen one
