ALIENWARE 17 STUCK ON BLACK SCREEN ON REBOOT AFTER UPDATING THE NVIDIA DRIVERS
My Alienware 17 received a beta update for Nvidia Graphics and once I updated after the reboot its stuck on the Blank screen. The laptop seems on but no response . I am on win 8.1 and i have no options to get to the safe mode and uninstall the graphics drivers. Please help!!!

Hi,
After the system turns on, do you get a black screen right away or do you see the Alienware loading screen?
If you do, run an ePSA diagnostic to check for hardware damage.
If you don't, you might be experiencing a No Post problem. Try pressing the CAPS LOCK key to check if the keyboard is responding and connect an external monitor to confirm it's not a video problem. Then follow the troubleshooting steps on this article and let me know the results.
