ALIENWARE LAPTOP 17R2 , NEED HELP
Hello there, my laptop is stuck on a restart loop on the Alienware logo, f12 and f2 do not respond . I've tried for a while now pressing them both but no luck . Please reply as soon as possible. Thank you.

Hi,
Try a power drain: you need to unplug system from the power and also disconnect the battery cable, then hold the power button for around a minute. Plug everything back and try again.
If the issue persists, send me a PM with the Service Tag.
You can use this video to check how to disconnect the battery cable (second 25 to 28).

Hello again,
I tried the power drain and the problem still persists. Before this problem started I was having an issue with the "boot volume ", I remember the last thing I tried was changing the sata controller to another mode, I think it was ahci. After that startup this current problem occurred. Is there anything else I can do? Like restore everything to default settings somehow? F12 and F2 do not respond so I don't know how to get into anything else. Thank you for your help.
