ALL DRIVERS AND STANDARD SOFTWARE GONE!!
Hello, All my software is gone when I reset my PC to factory settings. Please help!!
These are my specs: (ALIENWARE 17)

P.S. When I first viewed 'system' there was the alienware logo and now not anymore!

Is Alien Respawn still installed? That's where the Dell/Alienware recovery partition is, if that's gone then your out of luck.
