Alien FX Not responding.

Hi, i am using a Alienware 14

Basically i can't Go Dark/Light (Fn+F12) the icon just turn red eyes and green eyes but my AlienFX stays Lighted thus not being able to switch colors. If i were to switch colors i have to shut down and turning it on again to activate it. And some colors appears to be another color (green to yellow).

What i had noticed was when i were to tap my T-PAD where it would glow bright, my keyboard's LED go dimmer.

i have tried AlienwareAlienFXTester.exe , when i did the test, my AlienFX doesn't respond to it.

i have tried Reinstalling Alienware Command Center twice, doesn't fix my issue.

Everything else is working fine but not my AlienFX. please help.
