Alien command center not finding my device.

Hey everyone

ive got a alien ware laptop mx17 r4 and my brother gave me it and removed everything like it was brand new but it left his old colour scheme and now i want to change it. i downloaded the latest version of alien command centre and it comes up with two warnings:

so after i press continue twice it starts to replace the files because i'm doing a repair and then it asks me to choose my model and i chose mx17 and then i restart it likes it asks and i just get a blank screen with no option to choose a zone or change colours. or is it that im blind and cant find the device pane

Hi, 

Which Windows operating system are you running with your Alienware? Try uninstalling the Alienware Command Center application from the Programs and Features list first, then restart the system and install the Command Center application again.
