AlienAutopsy query
I downloaded the aulauncher.exe utility today however; when launched it searched for updates to download and found full_aa_6032 _102_64_01.exe which I would like to keep a backup copy of. I can't find where it was saved to. Has anyone got an idea where the application saves this file to please? It is not in C:\Dell\drivers.

When you download it and it extracts, it is under c:/dell/drivers

hmm, so you want the actual alienautopsy install file, not just the file that downloads the file to install alienautopsy.
Im sure its in one of the temp folders.

AlienAutopsy is an application made by PC Doctor for Dell to diagnose errors and maintain system health on Alienware PC's. It is a free download from Dell's site which can be found under maintenance options. But, you download a 1.7 MB file called aulauncher.exe which will search for the latest version of AlienAutopsy and install it automatically once aulauncher.exe is run. You cannot directly download the main file which is 41 MB.

I completely agree but I can't find it. I even did a full file search for full_aa_6032 _102_64_01.exe to no avail. :(

maybe do a search for *.exe then sort by date created.
