AlienRespawn Help

I've been using AlienRespawn to do a full backup of my computer for about two years now but as of last week it just stays at 0% and the timer keeps going when I'm trying to run it. It has never done this before and there's nothing telling me something's wrong. I've already done a clean re-install and everything else seems to be working fine. Does anyone know what might be up with it?
