AlienWare 17 2016 random lag spikes while online gaming (LOL)
Hello
I hope someonecan help me in this, I was playing lol with my MacPro Desktop and everything was fine recently I bought an AlienWare 17 with killer network card and since I started playing on it I am having this weird lag spikes on my ping going from 115 to 500+ randomly not all the time I have already updated my network card from killer website and have reduced the pixels to 1080p down from 4k since I suspected that it was a heating issue but it did not work. I Am not suspecting my Internet connection as if I play on my Mac I don't face the same issue Can you please advise Its killing me

I think it's off since I have kaspersky anti virus
And no other app have I installed other than the game and kaspersky
And windows 10 default apps

By Windows defender you mean Windows firewall right?

Do you have the 2.4ghz and 5ghz bands using the same SSID name? If yes, i recommend you to get into the router configuration and have them use a different name for each band. I also recommend you to use the 5GHZ band since it will avoid overlapping and its more stable than 2.4GHZ band.
