AlienWare Command Center totally not working.

Hello,

Around a month ago, I bought an AlienWare X51. Since then I have tried to install the Alienware Command Center to control my led lights, and have my TactX mouse and keyboard Options. I have tried dozens of different softwares (all by Dell) (Allways uninstalling after tests), and it still doesn't work! each time I start my computer, windows tells me "the alienware FX editor doesn't work".

Please help me, ask me my system specifications, I'll give them. Also, Is it possible to install the Alienware FX controller AND the TaxtX macro editor?
