Alienrespawn completed now blue screen during boot

I ran alienrespawn on my M11X last night.  I ran it from inside windows and selected for it to reboot from the factor settings and not save anything.  I already have all my important files on a external hardrive.

I followed the steps and once the recovery was complete I clicked restart.  It started the boot process like normal then it pauses for a second and blinks a blue screen and reboots.  It then goes straight to the windows did not load properly screen allowing me to either log into windows normally or try to repair.  If I select repair it says it cannot do anything, and if I try to just log through it just restarts.

I have my recover disk so at this point do I just have to hook up an external opitcal drive and reload everything from the disk?  I am not the most  computer savvy person, but I did follow the directions from dell when using alienrespawn.  Any suggestions would be great, again I have everything I care about family pictures and stuff backed up on the other drive so no worries about losing anything, just want my computer working again.

Here's a Step by Step guide on How to use Alienrespawn.

Check if you missed any steps, if not, you may need to perform a Clean Windows 7 Re-installation instead.

I did follow those steps.  The only difference is step 6 for performing the process outside of windows I don't have the Dell database instead I have an alienware option to Alienrespawn.  Thank you for the response I'll try the respawn again then go find my windows 7 cd, only cd seem to have is my recovery cd.
