Alienware 14 Title and Back (7&10) not Working

a few years ago (i think some time after i reformatted my pc) i noticed that the LED's in the 'ALIENWARE' logo and the little insignia on the back (labeled 7 and 10 on the FX software) were off, i went into the software to try to fix this, but it didn't work, after a while i could not fix the problem, so i kind of forgot about it. a few weeks ago, after re-starting my pc, both of the LED's switched on for more than a few minutes, i was amazed and tried again to fiddle around with the settings to see what i did, but eventually the lights turned off again.

i cant find any other problems like this on the forums so i thought i would post it here

i would very much like my lights to shine bright again.
