Alienware 15 4K Touchscreen/Mouse Issues

I am currently having issues with my Alienware 15 4k touchscreen. After I installed windows 10 the lap top has been running at a very high temp and the fans are on full power plus I am even using a Thermaltake cooling pad. I was in the loading screen for LOL when the issues began, i couldn't load into game and then once restarting my laptop my Razer Naga 2015 mouse wouldn't respond along with my touch screen. I have done a full systems check updated all drivers but the touchscreen one if there is one. I have also done a full malware and virus scan no issues. My computer is for gaming but i do use it for school so i'd like to avoid sending it in if i could help it. Any ideas anyone?
