Alienware 15 R3 - not connecting to my wifi + couldnt change color lights

hello guys how are you?

My alienware 15 R3 just arrived home (im from Brazil), and i just started it.

First issue:

After the notebook loaded the desktop, i tried to connect to my wifi, but the notebook isnt conecting... it says "could not connect to this internet". 

I tried disconnecting other laptops at home, such as my cellphone, and connect them again and is working normally, just alienware isnt connecting....also tried to turn off and on the router. Any ideas?

Second issue:

i opened the Alienware FX and changed some color of the keyboard. When i pressed apply, a message pop up and says it was applying the changes, but the default colors remained (blue colors). Nothing happened. 

Does anyone knows how to fix those problems? I just received the notebook and it is 100% new, opened the box right now :(.
