Alienware 17-R3 2015, LCD issues, half day usage, need assistance

Hello, I have an Alienware 17-R3 2015, arrived yesterday, and after three hours now the screen is flashing, it display old screen images even when on BIOS or on booting screen.

I tried to call the support and waited for more than 20 minutes, with no answer.

On the website doesn`t offer a chat or email customer services ?

I am really disappointed with that, specially because I am still struggling to have open a support ticket. imagine about a replacement part.
