Alienware 17 gpu - cpu/gpu change problems
Hi there,
I can't change between gpu graphics and cpu graphics on my alienware 17 (2013 version)
when i press FN+F5(I/D GFX) i get the folowing message:
Your graphics solution is automatically configured for optimal performance.
I tried to reinstall the nvidia driver (no success), dell support site is no help either cause it puts u in a loop, and i am always to late at home for tele support.
anny help ?

Hello Zliner!
If your system is 3D the optimus will not be available, so it will not let you switch between the integrated and the discrete card.

Dear Milena M.,
Why do i have the I/D GFX button, and why am i getting the following message if i remove the adapter?
For optimal battery life , press Fn+F5 to switch to integrated graphics (A system Reboot is required)
