Alienware 18 - I can't open any of the Alienware programs like AW Command Center, AlienAutopsy, etc.
Hello, today I got my brand new Alienware 18 laptop. I bought it through Future Shop. I also use Windows 8. After I got it all setup I went to try out the AW Command Center and as soon as I opened it, a notice popped up saying 'AW Command Center has stopped working". And it only gives me the option to close the program. I have registered my PC but when I go on the dell website for help it says my account is un-active. What do I do?

Hi!
First, if you bought the computer through a retailer, you need to do a Retail Registration for the warranty to be transferred to your name. This process takes a few days for the information to verified and updated.
For the Alienware Command Center problem, I recommend you follow the steps on this article to re-install the application.
