Alienware Aurora R4 Max Memory Only Showing 16GB instead 32GB
Some help please. I bought thru Dell the Max allowed for my system in memory, 32GB. I have windows 10 64 bit system. I know i have the memory sticks in correct place, i also tested the system memory, but i still see 16GB showing. Before i send back and argue with Dell, is there something else i need to do. In simple terms can someone tell me what i can do please. Thanks
yes i checked all ram individually, someone saying i should check bios, dont know what to check.

Hello,
Does it detect 16GB in Windows or also on the BIOS? There should be an option that says “Total memory”. Does it show 16GB is there as well?
You could also try testing the modules 2 at a time to see if the problem is with one of the modules.
If needed, you can update the system BIOS from our website (If you have an out of date version and need to update to the latest, make sure to go 1 by 1 until A11 version to avoid any problems)
You can also try doing a power drain. To perform a power drain, follow the steps below.

Thanks for the update,
Were you able to test 2 modules at a time? Just to rule out any failure with the memory itself.
