Alienware M11x R2 Hinge Issue
Hi,
I was hoping someone could help me. I've got an Alienware M11x R2, and it's started showing the hinge issue (as detailed here http://forum.notebookreview.com/alienware-m11x/493140-m11x-hinge-screen-touching-keyboard-discussion-r1-r2.html).
I see from the Dell blog that I should be entitled to a replacement display (http://en.community.dell.com/dell-blogs/direct2dell/b/direct2dell/archive/2011/09/07/dell-to-repair-broken-hinges-on-alienware-m11x-systems-globally.aspx) - however, I've had my laptop a couple of years and it's no longer under warranty.
How do I go about contacting Dell support in the UK? I can't find an email address anywhere - whenever I click "email Technical Support", I'm just taken to a page to extend my warranty.

I'm facing the same problem with my m11x R2. I'm also based in the UK. Did you manage to get the hinge issue repaired?
