Alienware M11x factory reset help!
My Alienware M11x R3 has so many problems that I can't even count all of them. So one day I decided to factory reset my laptop, not knowing that this would lead me on a stressful 3 months just to try and fail at factory reset this stupid thing. Here's a video showing my problem...

I have tried multiple ways and they all failed and I'm hoping that the Dell community might help me.
I sometimes get an error message that has "0x0000000d" or something like that.

BloodWolf2312,
If the factory reset is not working the issue can be related with the OS and might be corrupted.
Did you tried reinstalling windows?

I found my Windows 7 disk (I found it hidden in my old box that my Alienware came in) and while I try to reinstall windows, the screen goes black after it loads the files..
