Alienware M11xR2 Overclocking Question

Hey everyone. I have a question regarding overclocking my Alienware M11xR2 laptop.

I recently attempted to overclock it by upping the settings in the BIOS to 150MHz and changing some settings using ThrottleStop. I then tested the stability of the CPU using the wPrime 1024M test and found that it took about 1095 seconds (almost 18 and a half minutes) and none of the four core temperatures ever went higher than 76 degrees. The processors were all firing at 100% for the full duration of the test.

Is it safe to say that my CPU is stable with the settings I have chosen?

I apologize if the answer is obvious, I am relatively new to overclocking.
