Alienware M14x Headphone Jacks

Hi, I just bought an Alienware M14x.

For the laptop, there are two headphone jacks.

Both of them seems to work well when I plug them in one at a time. However, when I plug two headphones in, the one closer to me goes mute.

Is there a way so that both headphones are on simultaneously?
