I just bought it and discovered that there is no sound system. Anyone any help me to troubleshoot this issue?

Have you tried downloading the driver from the Dell Site? Or used the driver from the DVD the laptop brings?

i think is the sound system problem i plug in the a/c there is no sound but when i take out there is sound. I had bring it down to the respective store for one for one exchange, they agreed to change for me.
