Hi Marty.
That program should already be installed. Try hitting "start" and type in the "search programs and files" box the word "alien". Click on "Alienware command center" at the top and you are there. If it isn't there, then try a search on the dell site for "Alienware command center". That is the name of the program that customizes your system. Good luck!
